This is NOT your average weight loss program. I help you reach your goals by creating a personalized weight loss plan for you that I hold you accountable to and guide you through!

  • Holding you accountable to your goals

  • Help you navigate common dietary barriers such as emotional eating, food guilt, eating during holidays and finding balance

  • Addressing areas of stress and finding stress coping mechanisms that work for you

  • Addressing other components of your life such as relationships, sex, intimacy, home environment, career, finances, creative outlets and spirituality that may be out of balance

What you get:

  • 45-minute bi-weekly check-in sessions (12 total)

  • Unlimited email for communication and accountability – response within 12 hours

  • Recommendations after every session to help you move towards your weight loss goals and navigate lifes challenges!

 

PRICING: $125 USD/$150 CAD per month on 1 year payment plan

$300 CAD / month ($250 USD / month) on 6 month payment plan

 

Customized payment plans available so you can lose weight affordably & within your budget! Lump sum contributions from work or health benefit coverage accepted

Renewal options: Renew monthly after initial 6 months as needed
