  • Help you navigate common dietary barriers such as emotional eating, food guilt, eating during holidays and finding balance

  • Addressing areas of stress and finding stress coping mechanisms that work for you

  • Addressing other components of your life such as relationships, sex, intimacy, home environment, career, finances, creative outlets and spirituality that may be out of balance

  • 45-minute bi-weekly check-in sessions (12 total)

  • Unlimited email, phone (text), WhatsApp or Facebook messenger voice access for communication and accountability – response within 12 hours

  • Additional phone calls between sessions if needed

  • Recommendations after every session to help you move towards your weight loss goals and navigate lifes challenges!

Cost: $500 CAD / month ($400 USD / month) on 1 year month payment plan

$1,000 CAD / month (800 USD / month) on 6 month payment plan
